Reservation Process: Customers can make reservations by visiting the AV website, calling their customer service hotline, or using their mobile app. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Payment: AV requires a valid credit card to secure a booking. A pre-authorization or deposit may be required at the time of reservation. The payment method and details will be communicated during the booking process. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be issued through the original payment method. Non-refundable bookings will be clearly indicated during the reservation process. Customers are advised to contact AV's customer service as soon as possible to request any modifications. No-show Policy: If a customer fails to show up for a booking without prior notice, AV reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
